With over 25 years in commerce — from offline retail to building and scaling online businesses — I've developed a deep, hands-on understanding of what it takes to grow sustainably in e-commerce.
My career spans leadership roles in retail, FMCG, and digital, managing teams of 200+ people and P&Ls of tens of millions of euros. Along the way, I've worked across 7 industries, launched brands from zero, and helped over 150 e-commerce businesses find clarity, direction, and measurable growth.
I created Advanced Commercial Dynamics (ACD) — a proprietary forecasting and performance framework — because I saw too many businesses flying blind: spending on ads without understanding their real cost structure, setting revenue targets without validating them against actual capacity, and making decisions based on gut feeling instead of data.
Today, through Digital Strategy Agency, I combine strategic mentoring with the ACD system to help founders and e-commerce teams think more clearly, plan more accurately, and grow with confidence.
